Kawaii Cuddles is a self-initiated concept brand that explores the creation of a collectible toy line from the ground up. Inspired by the bold, colorful aesthetics of '90s pop culture and the popularity of modern collectible plush toys,
I designed a complete toy brand ecosystem that captures a sense of joy, nostalgia, and imagination.

This project includes original character development, brand identity, logo design, plush toy concepts, squishy collectibles, retail packaging, print-ready box templates, bracelet accessories, point-of-purchase displays, and retail merchandising mockups. My goal was to create a cohesive, market-ready brand experience that would appeal to both children and nostalgic parents.

As both a designer and a mother, this project allowed me to blend childhood inspiration with today's toy trends while showcasing my abilities in branding, packaging design, product development, character design, and retail marketing.
